Catherine has about 20 years of executive recruitment experience. She will be heading the Insurance & Pension practice for Kinsey Allen in Asia focusing on senior and specialist level recruitment. Before joining Kinsey Allen, Catherine was Head of Financial Services of a London main board listed search firm with personal focus on the Insurance sector which she has successfully set up in Hong Kong from scratch. In her search career, she has successfully recruited for clients in the financial services, insurance, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, retail, light industrial and manufacturing sectors within the Greater China region. Prior to her search career, she worked for Manulife and Blue Cross in marketing and customer service capacity giving her hands-on experience of the Insurance industry. She holds an MBA from the Hull University in the UK and a Bachelor of Administrative Studies from York University in Canada, Toronto. Coming from Singapore, Catherine has been living in Hong Kong for more than 20 years. She speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Fujien and Cantonese.
