James joined Kinsey Allen in 2007 to set up the Legal & Compliance search desk. He has ten years' experience in legal recruitment gained at Michael Page Legal London, EJ Legal where he set up the in-house legal recruitment function, and Principal Search Limited where he established and headed up the financial services legal search division, later to take responsibility for senior level compliance mandates. Clients include both in-house institutions (financial services and corporates) and law firms, with a track record in senior level hires in Europe and the UAE across derivatives (credit and equity), capital markets, prime brokerage, funds, general banking and corporate. James worked as a lawyer with Hammond Suddards.
