Luke has worked in the search industry since 2000 when he began his career with a leading generalist firm after graduating from St Andrews University. In 2003 he joined a boutique, and successfully developed a leading franchise in global equities before joining Kinsey Allen in 2005. Luke heads the global equity division at Kinsey Allen International and also oversees the Hedge Fund search group. Luke focuses on recruiting senior individuals within global equity trading and portfolio management across investment banks and hedge funds.
