We tailor each search to best suit our client’s specific requirements, whether it be working to a traditional short list timetable or a more expedited process of immediately introducing candidates as soon as they have been identified and selected.
Our interviewing techniques are designed to ensure both the technical and personal attributes of each candidate is fully evaluated. Detailed reports are prepared for each candidate and contain a CV (and business plan if relevant), an individual appraisal of the candidate, their qualifications and experience, achievements, aspirations, remuneration and notice details as well as the consultant’s personal and objective opinion.
Perhaps most importantly, in conjunction with our legal representation, we guide and advise both client and candidate through the often difficult and stressful stage of contract negotiation and resignation, ensuring that a successful placement is made. Once the successful candidate has started, we like to remain in close contact during their formative weeks in order to help facilitate a smooth transition.
