Ron has 11 years experience within banking. He initially worked in Private banking before moving into the internal audit department of The Royal Bank of Scotland for 5 years. Moving into executive search in 1998, Ron worked on mid to senior level finance positions within financial services. He joined Alexander Mann Global Markets in 2000 where he broadened his exposure to include audit. In 2002 he joined Risk Audit as Director, playing a key role in establishing the firm within the corporate governance field. He joined Watmough Mallett in 2005 and established the audit practice to complement the other areas of the Infrastructure department.
Ron joined the firm in 2009 focussing on senior level roles within internal audit (business and IT audit) covering the UK Financial Services market. Areas of coverage include Investment Banking, Retail Banking, Private Banking and Wealth Management.
Ron has successfully completed a number of high-level assignments which have included Global head positions for 2 major financial services institutions as well as a number of Regional head, European head and Director level positions in various Investment and Retail banking organisations.
